  Watched this very unorganized team bounce around, make messes and walk away from it leaving it for someone else to clean up. At least 3 wait staff were eating in the prep area while serving people. Waited 20 minutes for food and it wasn't hot. Wasn't offered a coffee refill and had to ask for utensils. Every shake or smoothly yielded an additional serving that the staff simply tossed out. Amazing that my visit to Dennys in Wethersfield CT was so much better even though they had half the staff and we're just as busy. Perhaps some efficiency training or an episode of undercover boss could fix this.
